Beatport & Truesoul Records joined forces to host the official album launch party for Riva Starr’s forthcoming LP, Curveballs, during ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event) on Friday 19th October at The W Hotel. The exclusive event featured a stellar line-up of DJ talent including the renowned Italian-born Spanish-based artist Davide Squillace, rising Spanish supremo Upercent, Secret Guest Claptone and, of course, the main man himself Riva Starr. Riva Starr has been shaking up the world of dance music with his eclectic and unpredictable palette of sounds and styles for over a decade. Curveballs (released 26th October via Truesoul Records) will be the acclaimed DJ/producer’s fourth LP and has been specially written to showcase the full range of his current club sound from underground house to breaks to experimental techno. Expect to hear key album tracks such as ‘Always’ Feat. Jocelyn Brown, ‘Disco Loco’ and ‘Britcoin’ plus many more during this special one-off event.
